ATmega UNI Level-Shifter Shield

Minimal level-shifter for 02x02 pins next to each other.

Designed to be plugged on 2x header pins and switch voltage levels to the neighboring 2x header pins. Needs high (5V) and low (3.3V) to be soldered/wired to work.
